The Christenson Group of Companies has evolved into an efficient and complementary team working towards a common goal—providing thoughtful, intelligent housing to handle the growing demands of active adult living, retirement communities, and seniors housing. Christenson Developments provides the vision. Its objective is to develop the concept, find the land, and work with government to get approval and proceed.
Once a leased project has been completed, Christenson Communities is the heart-beat that brings it to life. Vision and construction create a house, but compassion makes it a home. With a combination of old fashioned caring and respect, combined with contemporary supportive services, the Communities staff imbues senior housing with a rich quality of life.
